This program, is at its core, a way for students to connect and build community. In its non-traditional approach to a keynote, students will interact, communicate, and gain an understanding of each other's similarities and differences. I talk about breaking down walls that we all put up and how we can gain a stronger bond and develop trust with one another.  I communicate my personal story of how sorority has engaged me not just in my undergraduate years but for the past 10 years. We talk about the power of mentoring and creating a true culture of care within not just one organization but an entire community. Students will not just listen but will participate in facilitated in conversation, breakout groups, and moving around! This is for the groups that are really looking to engage.  This can be adjusted for all types of groups and catered to the community through a conversation with the group booking!

This program will engage participants in a conversation on situational leadership, servant leadership, and organizational leadership. It will help shift the ofucs from the members that complain are are not engaged to a focus on the members that ARE.
